Housing Independent Services is working with councils in procuring private rented accommodation to reduce homelessness, temporary accommodation and the use of expensive nightly rate properties. 

We negotiate long contracts with landlords  to create sustainable tenancies. 

All our properties are inspected, meet compliance and within the Local Housing Allowance Rate.  

As we work with fit and proper landlords you can be assured that any repair issues or tenancy matters are resolved. However, we continue to offer a after care service to both landlords and tenants to ensure tenancy sustainment.
