Housing Independent Services is passionate in reducing homelessness and giving everyone the basic necessity of living in a secure home. HIS works in collaboration with local authorities in securing private rented accommodation for council clients who are waiting for a home. HIS offer a bespoke service to tenants and landlords to enable the best suitable accommodation to be offered.  

Our mission 

Is to reduce homelessness and work towards a fair rent system that enables affordable housing, for everyone regardless of disability, class, race, gender, or religious beliefs.

Work in collaboration with communities and businesses in creating employment opportunities.

Help build sustainable communities and strong local economies.

Collaborate with youth working groups in creating safer spaces and identifying education and employment opportunities.

We are a new company but our staff have many years experience working in different sectors, i.e. legal firms, local authorities, charities to name a few that gives HIS a great perspective on how to model the company and its operations.
